Lori Howe has a
Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry and Ultrafast Lasers. With a background in
education, research, and industry, as well as product manager
experience in the world's largest independent laser company, Lori
brings a unique combination of science and marketing skills to her
consulting business.
She enjoys interviewing scientists, engineers and business people and translating complex technical information for general audiences. She has recently published in such trade magazines as Laser Focus World, Gases and Technology, OE Magazine, and EE Times.
In addition to consulting, for the past four years, she was the manager of the Stanford Univeristy Biofilm Research Center, a campus-wide confocal laser scanning microscope lab.
In her spare time she enjoys yoga and dancing.
